Questions people ask before they book

Seventeen of the ones that come up most, grouped by where they land in the job. If yours is not here, calling is faster than reading — someone picks up seven days a week.

Booking

How do I book a dumpster rental in Manteca, CA?
Call Loadmark Dumpster Rentals at (209) 644-9353, describe the cleanup and what you plan to load, and agree on where the container will sit and when it should arrive. Everything is arranged over the phone — there is no online checkout to work through.
What information do you need from me?
The type of job, roughly how much material there is, where the container can sit, how a truck gets to that spot, and anything unusual in the load. Rough answers are fine; the point is to get the right container pointed at the right address.
How far ahead should I call?
The sooner the better, particularly if the job has a fixed start date or you need the container gone by a specific day. Call and we will tell you honestly what the schedule looks like.
How long can I keep it?
That is agreed when you book. Some jobs need it for a weekend, others run through a full renovation. Tell us the timeline on the first call, and let us know if the work overruns so the pickup can be moved.
Do you work with contractors as well as homeowners?
Yes. Residential clear-outs, contractor jobsites and commercial or property work are all handled. The solutions page breaks down how each one is usually set up.

Delivery & placement

How should I prepare the spot before delivery?
Clear a straight, level run the truck can back into, move vehicles well clear, and watch for low branches and overhead wires. If the surface is soft or newly finished, mention it on the call so protection can be arranged.
Where is the container allowed to sit?
Driveways and jobsite pads are the most common spots. Placement depends on access, surface condition, property rules and any local requirements for the street, so review the location before delivery is scheduled.
Can it go on the street?
That depends on local requirements, and those are worth checking before you commit to a spot on the road. Call and describe the location — if the street is the only option we will talk through what that involves.
What if my driveway is new or the ground is soft?
Say so when you book. Protection under the container can be arranged, or a different spot chosen. It is a much easier conversation before the truck arrives than after.
Will the driver put it exactly where I want?
That is the intention — the door end faces the way you will be loading. It depends on the truck being able to reach the spot safely, which is why access gets checked on the first call.

What can go in

What can go in the container?
General household, renovation, roofing, construction and yard debris is the usual load. If your job is on the solutions page, the material that goes with it is normally fine.
What is not accepted?
Hazardous, toxic, flammable, chemical and medical waste cannot go in the container. Tyres, appliances containing refrigerant, batteries and paint are handled separately. Confirm your list with Loadmark Dumpster Rentals before loading.
Can I mix material types?
Often yes, but heavy material like concrete, brick, soil and roofing tear-off has weight limits that mixed loads can run into quickly. Mention anything heavy on the call so the container matches the load.
How full can I load it?
Level with the top rail, not heaped above it. An overfilled container cannot be transported legally, so the driver would have to leave it until the excess is removed — which costs everybody a day.

Pickup & cost

How do I arrange pickup?
Call Loadmark Dumpster Rentals at (209) 644-9353 once the last load is in. Keep the area around the container clear so the truck can get to it.
What if I finish early or need it longer?
Call either way. Finishing early just means an earlier pickup; running long means the pickup gets moved rather than the container disappearing mid-job.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the container, the material and how long you need it, so it is quoted on the call once we know the job. Call (209) 644-9353 and describe the work for a straight answer.
